St John NT Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of the Northern Territory (NT), Australia, aged 18 years and older, excluding employees and immediate family members of St John NT.

Entry: To enter, participants must follow the official St John NT Instagram page (@StJohnNT) and submit their response in 25 words or less to the given first aid situation as outlined in the giveaway post caption.

Entry Period: The giveaway will consist of four separate weekly periods, each starting on Monday and ending on Sunday. Entries must be submitted within the specified weekly period to be eligible for that week's draw.

Prize: Four winners will be selected, with one winner chosen at random at the end of each weekly period. Each winner will receive one first aid kit as the prize.

Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the respective weekly period. All correct responses will be considered for the draw.

Notification: Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within three days of the end of each weekly period. If a winner does not respond within seven days of notification, a new winner may be selected.

Prize Claim: To claim the prize, winners must provide their full name and contact details, within the NT for prize delivery.

Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their Instagram username and entry content for promotional purposes by St John NT, without further compensation or permission.

General Conditions: St John NT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice. The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and minor lottery  regulations and is void where prohibited.

Release: By participating, entrants release Instagram from all responsibility and liability related to the giveaway. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

Personal Information: Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for prize fulfillment.

Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
